We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Founding GTM Leader with a proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies for high-growth tech companies. You will be instrumental in defining and executing our GTM strategy, leading our sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring our solutions reach the right customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Lead and scale our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Identify and target key market segments and customer profiles to maximize our reach and impact.
Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure market needs are met and feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to measure and optimize the effectiveness of GTM activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in go-to-market roles, preferably in the observability or related tech industry.
Proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
Passion for observability and a deep understanding of the industry.
Location Preference:
Our team operates with a flexible hybrid model. While we have an office in the Bay Area, we welcome remote candidates who are willing to visit our HQ in Walnut Creek, CA, once a quarter.
